Our Story
Gerry Flakes (yes, that's his real name) was a retired baker who couldn't stop baking. What started as gifts for neighbours became a legendary obsession.
Every batch is still made by hand. We still use Gerry's original mixing bowls, his handwritten recipe cards, and the same stubborn refusal to rush anything that tastes this good.
